These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.sourcewithtrust.com and the engagement of services offered under the brand Source With Trust®, operated by HWW Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Source With Trust® provides independent sourcing verification, due diligence, factory validation, and advisory services to buyers seeking to source from India.

Our services are limited to:

  • Supplier authenticity and credibility verification

  • Manufacturer vs trader validation

  • Factory visits and on-ground assessment

  • Production capacity and quality readiness evaluation

  • Sourcing risk assessment and advisory reporting

We do not engage in trading, buying, selling, brokering, or negotiating commercial transactions on behalf of clients.

2. Advisory Nature of Engagement

All services provided by Source With Trust® are advisory and informational in nature.

  • Findings, reports, and recommendations are based on information available and observations made at the time of assessment.

  • Our services do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or assurances of supplier performance, commercial outcomes, or future conduct.

  • Final business decisions remain solely with the client.

3. Engagement Process

An engagement is initiated only after:

  • Mutual agreement on scope of work

  • Acceptance of a written proposal or confirmation email

  • Agreement on professional fees and payment terms

Source With Trust® reserves the right to decline any engagement without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Fees are fixed, scope-based professional charges, not linked to order value or commercial transactions.

  • An advance payment is required prior to commencement of work.

  • Balance payments, if applicable, are payable upon completion of agreed milestones or delivery of reports.

  • All payments must be made to HWW Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal, as specified in the proposal.

5. Travel and Out-of-Pocket Expenses

India is a geographically vast country. For assignments requiring on-ground visits outside the base location:

  • Travel, accommodation, and local expenses are charged separately from professional fees.

  • Such expenses are discussed and estimated in advance and billed at actuals or as agreed prior to commencement.

Clients are responsible for reimbursing approved travel-related expenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement

  • Share documentation in a timely manner

  • Refrain from misrepresenting Source With Trust® to third parties

Source With Trust® shall not be responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Source With Trust® and HWW Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees actually paid for the specific engagement.

We shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or failures of third parties, including suppliers or service providers.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared during an engagement shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.

Clients agree not to disclose reports or findings to third parties without prior written consent, except where required for internal decision-making.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, methodologies, and website content are the intellectual property of HWW Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated or modified without notice.

Unauthorized use of the website, including attempts to disrupt functionality or misuse content, is prohibited.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.

  • Fees for work completed up to the date of termination shall remain payable.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
