Our role is to provide independent, on-ground verification and sourcing assurance so that global buyers can make informed decisions before committing money, timelines, or reputation.

Every sourcing situation is unique. Our pricing is therefore fair, transparent, and strictly scope-based — never linked to the value of your purchase order.

How We Price Our Services

We work on a fixed-fee, scope-based pricing model.

This means:

• Our fees are not calculated as a percentage of order value

• Our recommendations remain neutral and buyer-aligned

• You know the professional fee before we begin work

Pricing depends on the actual scope of work involved, such as:

• Number of suppliers to be verified

• Level of factory validation required

• Product complexity and compliance sensitivity

• Depth of on-ground checks and reporting

• Geographic spread of verification (if applicable)

Each engagement is assessed individually, and a clear written proposal is shared prior to initiation.

What Our Fees Typically Cover

The exact inclusions are clearly defined in the written proposal shared before confirmation.
Depending on the agreed scope, our professional fees may include:

• Supplier authenticity and credibility verification

• Manufacturer vs trader validation

• Factory visits and on-ground assessment

• Production capacity and operational capability checks

• Quality readiness and export suitability evaluation

• Clear written findings with observations and recommendations

Our focus is always on risk identification, transparency, and decision support — not transaction execution.

Travel & On-Ground Expenses

India is a vast and geographically diverse country.

For assignments that require factory visits, on-ground verification, or regional assessments outside the base location (typically Mumbai region), travel and accommodation expenses are charged separately.

Such expenses may include:

• Domestic travel (air, rail, or road)

• Accommodation and local transportation

• Regional logistics or site access costs (if applicable)

All travel-related expenses are discussed and estimated in advance, and are billed at actuals or as mutually agreed before commencement.

This ensures complete transparency and a clear distinction between professional fees and out-of-pocket expenses.

What We Do Not Charge For

To maintain independence and trust:

• We do not work on commissions

• We do not earn from supplier margins

• We do not link our fees to order values

• We do not push logistics, payments, or third-party services

This structure ensures our advice remains unbiased, objective, and in your best interest.

Payment Terms

• A fixed professional fee is agreed before initiating work.

• An upfront professional fee is required to commence the assignment, as outlined in the agreed proposal.

• Balance payment (if applicable) is due upon delivery of agreed reports or milestones.

• Payments can be made via:

  • International bank transfer

  • Wise

  • PayPal

• All invoices are issued by HWW Global Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

There are no hidden charges. All terms are clearly mentioned in the proposal.

Why We Don’t Publish Fixed Prices

Publishing flat or generic prices often leads to:
