You do not have to solve the problem before talking about it. Your first business clarity conversation can begin with a plain explanation of what your business does and where things feel difficult.
Describe the business in a few lines
What do you sell or provide? Who is meant to buy it? How do customers currently find you? What stage has the business reached? Simple answers give the discussion a useful starting point.
There is no need to prepare a polished pitch. The purpose is to understand the real situation, including the parts you are uncertain about.
Bring one recent example
Choose something that shows the difficulty. It could be an enquiry that went quiet after you replied, a product customers repeatedly misunderstand or several competing tasks you cannot prioritise.
Explain what happened, what you did and what happened next. If you have relevant messages or figures, use them to make the example clearer. Remove customer names and other unnecessary sensitive details.
Explain what you have already tried
Previous attempts are useful information even when they did not work. A change to your offer, a different sales message or a new promotion may reveal something about the problem.
Describe the response as accurately as you can. “We received ten enquiries and one order” gives the conversation a different starting point from “Nobody is interested.” If you do not have exact figures, say what you know and where you are estimating.
Choose what you want to understand
You may want to leave with a clearer priority, an explanation for customer hesitation or a practical way to test an idea. You do not need to cover every business issue in one conversation.
A useful question is: “What would make this discussion worthwhile for me?” Your answer helps focus the time on the issue that matters most.
Confirm the booking details
Charges are customised after we understand your business, the issue and how many sessions you want. Before booking, confirm the charges, session arrangement and included support. Also clarify payment, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements. An initial enquiry is the place to obtain these details; a booked business discussion is a separate arrangement.
